I. — PURPOSE OF THE PROCEEDINGS

By a judgment dated 14 March 2023, the Criminal Court of Bourges sentenced Hugo VEGA to 18 months' imprisonment. MOUCHEFRIN appealed.

The loss suffered is assessed at €87,500. The Court is asked to overturn the judgment under appeal regarding the guilt of Hugo VEGA. MOUCHEFRIN disputes this.
